Tactical tomahawk recommendations

Hey guys I'm looking to buy a tactical tomahawk for around 60$ at the moment I'm looking at the condor trt( tactical rescue tomahawk ) or the smith and Wesson escape and evasion tomahawk which do u think I should get??? Also any other suggestions would be great :) thanks
 
I have the S&W and for the money it's tough to beat. It's a breaching hawk for sure as it weighs a ton.

I'm not familiar with either of the two that you mentioned but have you checked out the Cold Steel Trench Hawk? It can be had for a bit less than your budgeted price and is as tough as nails!
I have one and love it as much as my two RMJ hawks, plus it throws pretty well when you just wanna have fun. A search will turn up lots of great reviews on it.

Which is it? If the former, what is your bug out plan? In general I mean, you don't have to share specifics. If the later, what will you be breaching, and where? Having seen a bit of combat in Iraq, I can honestly say that (for me personally) any sort of edged tool did me no good other than intimidating locals as we conducted searches.

If you mean both, and breaching/combat use is part of your bug out plan, I can only hope you come to my house first, because I am always open to getting a new 'hawk :thumbdn:

In general, as it seems you want full tang, I'd say up your budget about $50 and get one of the CRKT offerings. I'm still waiting to pick one up. I just need to take the plunge. Never owned a full tang 'hawk, but the Chogan is at the top of my "reality list." The fantasy list is a little different ;)
