Tactool - Camillus v Ka-bar versions

I'm eyeing a used Camillus BK-3 TacTool locally, and if the price is right I might jump on it, as much for curiosity's sake as anything.

Are there any significant differences between the Camillus and Ka-bar versions that would recommend one over the other? (And yes I've read up on the blade database so know the basics).
