Its a Canon 40D with a EF IS USM Lens.
This picture my first the camera out of the box was shot at:
F22 ISO 400 Sorry I did not look at the shutter speed.
Under daylight CFL bulbs diffused through plastic sheeting.
The exposure was taken tethered to a computer.
