It's a really nice knife, around 6 ounces, very light and balanced with a stealthy appearance. The TAD symbol is on the back as well as Emerson's pirate skull on the clip. It's built in the new style of Commander with the top of the blade flat, not the beveling of the pre 2001 regular sized Commanders.
