Hello,
I came across this knife.
it is a Fairbairn Sykes Military Fighting Commando Knife according to the seller but I am not really able to identify it.
10 5/8" total length
Blade is 5 7/8"
Anyone may help me to identify if it's worth to buy it for $100 ?
thank you

Sorry, man. People may (hopefully) be able to help ID the thing but we can't discuss prices at your membership level.

Well it is in the style of a V44 dagger, but is obviously not one. The FS daggers had an one piece cast handle, while the V44 had the stacked lesther.
Either way this is just an inexpensive replica / lookalike.
Its from the very late 80's onward.

We cant give you values ,but i can tell you it was probably only $20 or less new and is not going to be collectable if that helps.

it helps a lot, not really looking for exact value but just identification thank you!

I see the listing you are looking at.
I wouldn't buy it.
But hey, if you want it badly enough to pay the price, that's up to you.

But I wouldn't.
