TAK 1 and RC-4 sheath match?

I am not really diggin my Ontario TAK-1 sheath.

Does anyone know from experience if I can use a RAT cutlery RC-4 sheath for my Ontario TAK-1 ???

Will it hold the TAK 1 well?
