ceramic blade(black) with aluminum handles lockback. Knife is less than 3 inches long with a 1 3/4 long ceramic blade. Brand new in box. I am not too sure of the last name of this Japanese maker as this is an old knife(unused) but I know it's close. I think Spyderco at one time was selling this, not sure.the word TAK is engraved on the lockback. Lightweight and disappears in you pocket.$95.00 shipped. ppal + 3%
 
Just a correction on your listing. The last name is "FAKUTA" and the handles are actually made of "magnesium alloy". The model # is "TK01". These are pretty rare Spyderco knives.

Thanks for the correction. yes, there is an imprint on the box TK01 but no papers of any kind just as I bought it new.. I even thought it was Fugata. Anyway, Please email me or you can pay me on my paypal addy, kianavi1@yahoo.com. $97.85 (includes paypal fee.
 
I did not even see the pouch inside the box. Yes, a black suede pouch. Knife is in perfect condition and the sharpened edges are giving out reflections as they are almost silvery in color compared to the dark colored blade itself. I think ceramic is dark colored?
