Takeda Gyuto opinions?

Hello everyone just looking for some experience from those who've handled and used the Takeda Gyutos, specifically regarding reactivity, edge-fragility and just overall impressions. I'm trying to find a nice ($250-400) Gyuto for my father as a present but am uninitiated in the kitchen cutlery world.

If anyone has any other suggestions for a tall (wider flats) 240mm Gyuto that would be user-friendly and high-performance I'd be greatly appreciative.

Personally I would try to find one made by Murray Carter, I have watched reviews on Takedas knives and they seem to be really nice, Also I'm seeing a lot of good reviews of the Richmond Gyutos as well. Personally I would just do some looking on a website about chef knives to go . Lots of videos on the knives and all kinds of makers.
