As usual I've accomplished the task of tree disposal. It smelled great!

The object of my attention:

After limbing down one side with the SAR8. Simple task with no problems. Took some stronger whacks on the thicker branches at the bottom. Had to be careful not to put any more cracks into the base this year.

Finished limbing with the BWM and it was a literal breeze! Did I mention the BWM is stripped with a razor-sharp convex? Oh yes, it is, and it acts like it.

Took off the top in one swing with the BWM. Was not perfect because there wasn't a lot of mass up top and I guess the swing could've been faster.

Took another bite off the trunk with the SAR8 this time. This was one swing and it sliced like a hot knife through butter!

Last chunk off with the BWM.

Now the holidays are officially over at my house. Cheers! :D

Awesome!!!!

I'm glad to see you won the battle once again. :D

I tried that over the weekend. The wire in the branches kept dinging the edge of my blade and no matter how hard I try, INFI won't adequately chop plastic needles in mid-air.

I was gonna do the same thing, but my wife would have been pissed if I chopped up our fake tree.

Took the Chopweiler to our tree last night. As a side note, WD-40 cleans the sap right off.

Sweet
Mine is at the fire pit ready to burn this Friday, can't wait to slice it up and get that nice fresh pine scent again.
Killer blades by the way

I have a Christmas tree graveyard, it is maintained to block unwanted access to my property on one of our trails. However, I do a lot of chopping after windstorms.;)
