taking apart a delica

i have been using my delica for almost a year and needs a good cleaning i was wandering if anybody has done so i heard it was a real pain in the butt. just wandering what makes it so hard to put back together any info is much much appreciated.

Might take a look at this thread (this is actually the 2nd time today I've linked it). If you scroll down a bit in that post, it includes an embedded link to a YouTube video for a Delica 4 (I think previous versions are riveted construction):

I'm sure there are many other vids out there for doing this.

Here's a video of a guy putting an endura back together. I had seen another video before when I was doing the same thing but I can't find it now. But he does it basically the same way (and has a second video of another method too... but this one is the way I do my Delica).
