Taking care of leather sheath and wood handle

I bought a custI'm made knife a while ago and it has a very fine sheath and cocobolo handle. My question is what do I use to maintain he leather and handle. I've never had nice stuff like this and have been a synthetic guy. Boot polish? thanks for your advice.

For wood I use tung oil or boiled linseed oil, leather gets neatsfoot oil?
