I was wondering if anyone knows and could tell me how to take the printing off the mtech xtreme raptor bowie.

so . . . this ?

It looks lightly etched.
I would say take some 600 grit wet or dry and sand some similar steel to get a sample of the scratch pattern. If it looks the same then put the sand paper around a piece of very firm THICK rubber and sand the etching off going in the same direction as the scratch pattern on the knife. If the scratch pattern on the test sample looks more coarse or finer then try a different grit of wet or dry sand paper (400, 800 etc).

You will have to sand the whole area on the flat surface of the blade so it looks right. Just sanding in the area of the etching is going to dig a faintly shallow place in the blade and stand out like a sore.

I suppose you could do it with some mild acid but chances are you could see the letters even if the gray "pigment" is taken off by the acid.

Alternatively you could send it to one of the Pro knife sharpener people here in the forum and have them do it for you.

That stuff looks questionable in that it says it is aluminum. I thought it said alumina some where there to.
It would be best to go with standard "Wet or Dry" because it tends to scratch less, polish / burnish the surface better and should be harder abrassive than alumina. WetDry is Silicon Carbide.
It is redily avaiable at hardware and home centers as well as auto paint supply stores and hobby centers. It comes in 8-1/2 x 11" sheets. It displays the grit number on the back of the sheet.
You can get the rubber backing block at the paint supply so I would go there.
Fold then tear the sheet to the best size to fit the sanding block.

Don't skip practicing on scrap steel before going to the knife.

PS : is the kinfe I posted a photo of the one you have ?

OK 9 x 11"
Here's a photo of the sand paper packages and two hard rubber sanding blocks
