I'm still fooling with the digital camera & lighting. These were taken on the back porch in subdued sunlight. A hunk of redwood & blue 'crinkle' plexiglass served as backdrops.

The Bowie type (Ken Largin/Kelgin Knives) made from drawing I supplied: OAL: 13" / Blade: 8" / Blade Width: 2" / Full tang construction with 3/16" thick M2 tool steel / Handle: Elk stag

Muela folder-Fury: OAL (opened): 12" Blade: 7"

Recurve Hunter (Little Hen Knives): Forged O-1 / OAL: 7.5" / Blade: 3.2" / Handle: Birch burl; golden ram horn; homemade mosaic pins / Guard & butt cap: copper

The small knife is my EDC: Schrade 3-blade slipjoint; wel used (bought & used since about 1963).

Thanks PhilL! Coming from you really means something! I'm not sure which is harder - photographing & the lighting or learning how to post pix. Thanks again!

Thanks guys! I think I'm getting the hang of this photography stuff. Now what else can I shoot? The dog is a likely candidate but he moves to much! Yikes, I better order some more knives!
