HEY!


Due to a lot of encouragement from my fellow knife aficionados, I am going to submit my first knife related article for possible publication. :) I have written for construction magazines and several dog show publications but never anything on this subject. Several of you have given me the support to take a stab at this and I really appreciate that. It may not happen the first time but you can rest assured that I will continue to probe the minds of my fellow collectors in order gather as much knowledge as possible on the various subjects that I will attempt to cover. Just needed to express my sincere thanks to all of you. This is something that I have wanted to do for a very long time. Is this the way Hemmingway started?????? ;)

I know that you will write well about knives because you seem so avid about collecting and seem so focused in what types you collect. I wish you the best.
 
Good luck, I've never read much in the knife periodicals, unless a specific article was called to my attention...maybe I should change that. Vintage knives will alway be my first love, and finding a really good one that ain't been messed with is certainly a challenge.
 
What did I spell wrong? :confused: ???? Thanks folks for your kind words. I really am looking forward to this. I just hope the editors agree think I am worthy. I am always thinking about pocket knives and there history. It is just one of those things that keeps me happy and has for thirty odd years.
