Getting things ready today, heading out about 4:30am for shotgun deer season.

Decided to take my RC-4 mounted "Nessmuk" style on my Maxpedition Jumbo, and my DT Izula around my neck.

SAK is along also, (Huntsman model of course, with StayGlow scales) I never get to far with hunting or fishing gear with the tools in an SAK, cause if I don't, I end up wishing I had!! :D
 
Love the colors of your jumbo. Have an enjoyable hunt and thank god for the privledge to live in a country that has so many freedoms.
 
Nice set up. I never knew that Maxpedition made an orange set up?!?!?! Good luck on the hunt and bring us some great kill pics!!!

It's fairly new. Orange and foliage or royal blue and foliage are the new schemes.
 
Got her about 2pm, .20 gauge slug at about 20 yards on the run as she was headed back in to cover.

Nice work! Last weekend was the opener here in Missouri. With times like they are, I decided long before season that the first doe I could shoot was going in the freezer.

Last year Missouri adopted their 8 point minimum on bucks to improve the buck population. Guess what? All I've seen is 4, 5 and 6 points bucks this year. One of them a nice 6 point, but alas I couldn't shoot him. All those years of waiting for Mr. Big Buck have given me bad juju I think.

Good shot on the doe! Maxpedition is making orange and red, mainly toward EMT/Medics.

I got the royal blue/foliage bag for the wife as a Christmas present. I carry the all foliage S-Type. ~;-)

I originally bought mine for a large FAK for my car, but decided to try it for hunting.

The thing best thing about a Maxpedition Jumbo, is that just when you think you have filed all the pockets, you find another one!! :D
 
Just got home from day 2, my Nephew didn't fill his permit yesterday, but he got a nice doe this morning....just a little smaller than his uncles though. :D
