Hello, everyone, it was requested that I post updates, so here you go:
HAVE I LOST ANY WEIGHT?
NO!!!!
BUT I have made progress. I can now work out longer, like an hour workout, whereas when I started I'd get winded after 1/2 hour. I don't expect to do longer workouts because I only have so much time and energy, after all.
Also, a very significant improvement is that my pulse rate is now topping off at around 120. Before it went up to 140.
ALSO, I gained ZERO pounds, which is darned tough around the holiday times, so I can honestly say that things went well for me.
I am not working out every day, but I have been working out around 3 times each week.
I hope that I am motivating some folks to work out.
Also, I'd really like to see a BF excersize forum, but it won't happen without more posting on the subject, so let's hear some stories, and maybe we'll get our own forum. Thanks.
