It's been awhile since we've heard any Tales Of Tactical Tableware, so I'll add my own recent story.
(wildmanh says he will post the picture for me.....)

My wife and I enjoyed a recent summer backyard BBQ with New York steaks, corn on the cob, asparagus, and excellent Shiraz/Cabernet.

The mighty SOG Tigershark swam out to join the festivities......

Cheers,

Carl

Here is Carl's Picture:

Carl, that is really cool! Looks like you had a great time. :D

I'm heading out of town for the weekend and have my Government and a SOG Bowie with me for kitchen duty while I'm away. :D Pictures to follow when I get back

This is really bad ! Now we have the evidence we have long awaited ! Carl is a meat eater ! And he cuts it up with a SOG Tiger Shark, the evidence speaks loudly.
I have heard rumors of this going on near where he lives, but never thought he would be involved. I will have to report this to SOG. :p

Robbie Roberson ;)

P.S. Heber, I certainly hope your not involved in this type of activity. :D

Robbie, I'm the one that got Carl started in the first place! :D If you think that is bad, wait till I get back from my trip tomorrow. :D :p

wildmanh is most correct, it was his posting long ago that began the concept of Tactical Tableware......

that is a great picture and really helps show to-scale the size of the fearsome Tigershark.

note that the darkness of the blade is due to the gun-blue'ing. Should Mr Ichor mirror polish his new Tigershark, what a great picture that would make !!

Cheers,

Carl

no pictures taken but.....

yesterday the SOG Recon Bowie was pressed into action against 3 lbs of bbq'ed tri-tip !!

Cheers,

Carl

Carl, when don't you eat good? Your SOGs sure have cut up a lot of meat! :D

Carl,
That looks like a bottle of Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet to me - Fine Aussie drop.
Nice knife, top tucker and a good splash of red.
Life is grand!!

Stockman,

you've a keen keen eye !! I've enjoyed many a bottle of Penfold's over the past few years, most recently this past Sunday to help wash down a 16-oz filet mignon.

Last night it was bbq'ed salmon, washed down with Meridian Pinot Grigio. Don't really a SOG to get through salmon....

Cheers,

Carl

.... last night dinner was 2 lbs of bbq'ed pork tenderloin.....

the SOG Bowie and Recon Bowie did the honors !!!

Cheers,

Carl

you know I can, would, and will !!

give me 24 hour notice to get the rib racks ready for roasting......

Cheers,

Carl

SOOOoooooo, I guess the one with the BIG knife gets all the Vino at your place? (No vine in the other glass!!) Nice picture.... I´m working right now, sure could use a steak and a few bottles of grapejuice ;) :D
