Hello Folks,

I recently purchased two sheaths from Talfuchre (TF) to cloth my two Fiddleback Forge Hiking Buddies. The sheaths were offered for sale on this forum! The threads are shown below:

Let me say that I am extremely pleased with the whole deal. I believe TF to have honest business ethics and excellent communication skills. He also delivers outstanding craftsmanship and product, all above par! What more can I say? Let's allow the pictures to speak for themselves. :)

Have you thought about switching the blades? I wonder if the colors would look better switched.

I think I like the top option more. Ahh...I don't know. They both catch my eye. ;)

Those look great Mark! I think I prefer the top set ups as well. Regardless great combos!!

Honestly, when I get commissioned work - I bring the colors into my wife - and she picks them. She has never been wrong! ;)

You were super easy to work with MAW and it made selling to you a joy. Thanks!

Thank you TF. As you can see, the second sheath made it safe and sound.

I rely on my wife to pick the colors out as well. Honestly. They sure do a great job with it now don't they!

Where are my manors? I want to thank you for the extra little surprise in the package TF! I know just what to do with those and that was an unexpected bonus for sure. Thank you again.

Mark - Oh yeah - I forgot about those. I was paying it forward. Give them a test out. I use brass tubing with mine - there is likely enough "safety fuse" there to last a lifetime.

They were sent to me to try out with the promise that I would pay it forward. I was happy to toss some in your kit with your sheath.

Trench matches are great to have in a Altoids tin with the rest of your tinder kit.
