What is the correct sharpening angle to use with this knife? I intend to use it to butcher (maybe cut off rabbit/squirrel legs or head, quail wings also) small game and perhaps to skin larger game. No chopping or prying. I have read elseware that a very thin angle could result in damage to the Talonite blade. Thanks. Newbee
