Tampermonkey

Anyone here use Tampermonkey for Chrome? Since the chrome update to remove non-supported user scripts, I've had a harder time with one of the games I play. There's a work-around using Tampermoneky, but I've fought with it for a couple hours and can't get it to work. (Also tried greasemonkey in Firefox and that didn't work for me either.

And tips, tricks?
