thought I would give veterans a heads up on Tandy Leather they are giving all military veterans a free lifetime elite membership. they started the program oct 1st . ( U.S. MILITARY APPRECIATION PROGRAM).

That's awesome I'm gonna have to look into to that. Do we need to email them a copy of our dd214 for proof of service or what? Thanks for the heads up

I called my nearest store and was told I would have to be in person to show proof of service. so I drove over and had my info put into the system but my email address was put in wrong so had to call the main office and had it taken care of . was well worth it . i would give the main office a call and see what they say as far being in person it was a 100 mile drive for me to the store. hope this helps
 
Thanks gunney. I emailed them and they just told me to email them proof of service and they'd get me taken care of. Sent a pic of my retired ID card so I'm waiting for a response now. Reallu dont feel like driving all the way down to orlando.Thanks for the heads up.
