Does anyone know what type of tang a Cold Steel SRK has? I got one, need a new project, and have a seasoned limb of Pecan.

Here is a pic of the tang on a Cold Steel SRK. Note that the top portion of the blade sits forward 1/4" more than the bottom. This would need to be removed and evened up if you decide to add a guard.
