Question about the tangs on Seal 2000, Seal Pup and sililiar

under the rubber handle what is the shape of the tang?

i want to remove the rubber and cord wrap and was wondering if this was possible

I have never removed the handle, but I believe they are molded OVER the tang, which has holes for the handle to hold to.

Call 1-888-SOG-BEST and someone there will have your final answer.

It would (of course) void your warranty...

Even though the tang is full length it is probibly not very wide and even being wraped would not be "large" enough for a nice grip.

If you have access to an x-ray machine, you can see the tangs.
