Does anybody have the progression of the tang stamps for Camillus? People are always asking about a four line, two line, one line, this over that, and who knows what else to identify a knife. How about a sticky to show the years a particular stamp was used? A lot of other brands are readily available (Buck, Case, Imperial, etc.). If you have a link or some pics, that would be great. Thanks.

I haven't added anything for a while, and you should know that Camillus used numerous tang stamps through the years, that it is very hard to date a Camillus knife because tang stamps were frequently changed and that sometimes old blades with early stamps were used. Having said that, I did create a thread that provides some examples here. Just remember that what the marking says is not as important as reading the knife itself.
