Bought at flea market. Ideal carry size BUT when I jacked the slide total lock-up .Cannot contact the importer [Excam- Hialeah,Fla. ]

Hate to waitb until next week to resolve this issue.

Any ideas ?

You dropped the mag, pulled the slide back and the slide still won't move forward ?

Yes. The safety won't release either.I'm unable to pursue this,

Is slide locked rearward? Try pulling back further then push downward. This gun disassembles by pulling slide rearward and up then sliding forward. Might be stuck on hammer.
