"Tank" butterfly knife

Does anyone know who makes the tank butterfly flipper sold on bladeplay?

That's the "Pacific Sidewinder" balisong that was being sold a few years ago. It was made in China. I haven't seen it being sold anywhere recently, though. They were notable in that the blades weren't very good, but the handles were nice. Here's what I did to mine:
