Tanker Gray and Unknown gray?

Here are some pieces I picked up at the Creek. I found out from Garth the first and second one is called Tanker Gray... I really like this color.. the urban gray looks almost a dirty white. The other one is sage, but It's interesting how the handle colors make it look even darker, than say if it had tan mags on it... Anyways, some beautiful colors here.. I had a Bama clay but it went to a good Hog friend of mine.. "you all have seen the awesome pics of it." I had a new NMSFNO in arctic white coming but called and changed the order to sage.. I just don't see me in arctic environments for a while, and if I were, I think I would actually WANT To see my knife if it got laid down in the snow.. but here are some HOFSHs in some new colors.

the G10black on urban gray is nice. I've seen that combo and it looks good... I was going to do this on an ash1, but went with DC instead... almost the same look without the extra expense...

That's a nice combo with the black and tan scales! I hope some of these new coatings show up on whatever the next model is! I haven't seen any real life wear tests on the Bama Clay or the Tanker Gray yet, wonder how they compare to the others?

I like Tanker Gray. I've always felt the Urban Gray looks like the woodshop equipment from High School. Ick.

I like the gray on that HOFSH a lot - it's what I would call Battleship Gray. It looks terrific with those scales!

Yes I got a Dogfather in Tanker Grey at K.C. and like the colour very much....I also got two FSH with a D.C. finish but am waiting on a handle change on these. They were done as Blue but for me Green is a much better colour to blend in with my kit.

Cannot wait to get these now...one I got as a spare because they felt so ideal for me.
