Tanto, assisted open s30v...

I am looking for an assisted open, tanto, s30v (or bg-42) partial serrated edge. Several manufacturers have some of the features mentioned, but I want them all, I'm willing to pay an extraordinary amount of $$$ for a knife with all these features. A pocket clip would be nice, too. Companies like SOG and Kershaw have something close, but not quite exactly what I want. Any help to point me in the right direction would be nice.

Camillus just came out with their popular Dominator in a "tanto" blade which is spring assisted, and S30V steel.
Go to some of the banner dealers to get more info.

That's definitely the way to go. I have a Dominator with the regular blade, and it is a work horse. If you can't go with a Microtech auto, the Camillus should be the next best thing.
