Tanto III inquiry

Greetings: First, please ignore pictures other than the Chris Reeve model. I believe I hate Flickr because I can't figure how to eliminate photos from being sent.
Anyway, I have had this knife probably since the 90s and never paid much attention to it in that it is part of a small eclectic hoard of knives I've accumulated with no specific intended use in mind. It is new as bought except for that little surface corrosion on the sheath.
I did not know who the maker was until a few days ago when I joined this forum and received very informative responses. I recently contacted CRK and was told that it is a Tanto III made in November/December, 1990 and that they made 97 of thee knives. I was wondering if that number is low, high or standard for CR knives. I would also appreciate any other information relevant to the knife and its desirability for collecting. Thank you for your response(s). George

It's worth nothing. Less than nothing. I'll pay shipping for you to send it to me for disposal.

J/k. That's pretty cool. And an old, rare piece. Do some real research before selling, as it could very easily be in the thousands, plural.

LOL, I started to get hot under the collar until I noticed your final line. Thanks for the response.

Right on. DO NOT GET LOWBALLED HERE. That knife is a treasure. Congrats if you decide to move it.

Congratulations on a wonderful knife. I can't see any pictures though. We need some pictures please.

Do
It takes me to a login screen
Don't know what else I can do. It works for me and the other responders have not complained. Look under the knife identification thread "Two more who-done-it-s" That is where I first posted the knife.

To post photos from Flickr, click on the pic you want to share. In the bottom right corner of the screen there is a curved arrow. Click on that and use the BBCode option. Pick what size you want, copy the link, and paste it in your post.

That's a beautiful example of a really cool knife.
