Hi guys.. wondering if CRK even made Their Tanto and Insingo blade styles in Damascus steel?
Thanx

They've made a few limited edition damascus tantos, no regular production. No Insingos.

That is awesome, bhyde bhyde !!

I’m not holding my breath, but I’d love to see an Inkosi (or even a Sebenza) with a Damascus Insingo blade one day. Not sure if it would be as aesthetically pleasing as a drop point with Damascus, but the cool factor would be pretty high. The right pattern of Damascus would probably make a big difference with that blade shape.

I will be right there with you if there is an Insingo with damascus!

I too would also love a Large 21 Damascus Insingo.

I have emailed CRK on a couple different occasions asking for a damascus insingo (or even an insingo with a a CCG handle). The response I have received from them has essentially been that the insingo was designed to be a work knife so they have no plans to make an fancy/ornate version of it.

Well I’m sure the classic and the 21 drop point blade was based as working tool knifes as well.. and they do evolve nicely to be offered with exotic woods and CGG what not...
let hope they do another run..

Had a slightly different response, when I inquired. They said it is still a possibility, but a lot is ahead of that blade and will be a long time. Could of been another way of saying it will never happen, ha.

Insigne seems like no more or less a "working knife" than a drop point or Tanto.... Not sure I follow that line of thinking?
