Tanto kitchen knife!

Hey everyone! A client purchased a knife a few months back and requested another be made for a family member. I love that! Thank you CB! So what do you get when you cross a thin, short, o kissaki tip tanto with a modern western handle? A pretty cool and efficient kitchen carving/boning knife! This one, like the last, is made from 0.110" Cru Forge V at 63HRC, with black g10 handles and red liners. 11" OAL with a blade just over 6". Thanks for looking!
