Can anyone here tell me anything about a 4 inch 1 peice tanto that is not a nica and has the old style cap and only a lower guard.

Here is a pic if it will help ID it, when was the change made to the round caps?

tanto was once in regular line,
4 models:

tanto 1 - 9" model
tanto 2 - 7" model
tanto 3 - 5,5" model
tanto 4 - 4" model

I`m not sure, but I think that this is discontinued one piece line,
later there was that limited edition you mentioned.

Thank you for the info, they are hard to find for sure. The nica tanto is the one I was realy after because the double guards would match the rest of a set I have been building but I could not find any for sale.
I hope I didnt get burned on the one in the pic as it should have made it here by now and the seller wont email me back.
