tanto questions.

so I have over 100$ and I'm looking for another benchmade. My current edc is a Chris Reeve sebenza, mini griptilian, and a case mini copperlock. I was looking at a tanto griptilian but was gonna ask you guys a question. How's the tip thickness on the tanto compared to the normal blade shape? If you guys have any other recommendations feel free to let me know. Thanks for any help, advice, or info.

Benchmade tanto ? Around $100+? I would consider a discontinued 912 or 905/907 Stryker and mini. (dont remember if the smaller tanto was 5 or 7) These are liner locks so, if the Axis lock is a must, these wont fit the bill. I feel the Strykers are superior knives to the Grips. Can still be found w/ a little diligence for around this price point. G-10 vs Valox. Seemingly thick tip as per swedge grind.

Grips are fine knives, strong tanto tips. I just prefer these models to the Grips for the money.

Good news is the Axis Stryker is just around the corner.
