It is time to start a new Work in progress, this time i wanted to try something new so i will make two folders from this model, the first will be with a tanto blade and the second with a normal blade. Still I do not know what materials I will put on them but I will find out on the way.
Thanks for looking

Well i had to rescale a folder for a customer and i had to put this folder on hold for a few days, i have decide to go with stainless bolsters and dark red G10, the G10 must be here next week,
Today i have grind the back spring and the bolsters flush with the liners, and now it is time to clean all the parts and make the blade and back spring ready for heat treat.
Thanks for looking

Don't believe I've ever seen a tanto slip joint before, should be cool!

Please do a different color.
I'm low on the Green.
This folder is going to be so nice!

Rolf i was between the black and the red G10 scales,
then i had a look at the knives i have made and i could see that I dint have any knife with red scales, and I have to say that I always wanted to make a knife with some dark red scales, and therefore I will go with red for this one this time.

Lycosa may be selling some of his body parts soon!:D

Looking forward to seeing the final product Nektarios!!!

Thanks for the kind comments Guys much appreciated.
Well I don’t know yet, but maybe I will keep this one for my collection :D

Here it’s an update.
So far i have start to fit the scales to the folder and i have heat treat the blade and grinded, now I will start to temper the back spring and start to clean the blade. That is all for now.
