I fired mine up for the first time everything came on normally. There is a blue light and red light on in the back. It booted up and went to a screen that said you shouldn't leave the kiln unattended and it said press ok. So I pressed it and my screen is not responding. Then it went to a calibration screen with a set of crosshairs you have to press. I pressed it and it's still not responding. Here is a pic. Of the screen. Does anyone have any ideas on how to reboot these controllers? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried a power cycle? I calibrated mine way back years ago when I got it but be not done it since.

Unplug it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

I've done that several times. I've got it unplugged now. I've emailed SDS.

Looks like the latest update fixes the problem.
