I don't use this program, but lots of you guys do. Here's what I ran into today...

I just had a problem, in that the fellow that I sold a knife to...could not see any tracking number.
...The reason was that I had put the tracking number in BOLD and in a larger size...3 , I believe.
The formatting, I guess, is different enuf that the computer program would not recognize it.
...and, the tracking info was in the middle of the message...

Tapatalk can be a bit finicky sometimes. I only use it when I post pictures, pretty simple and easy to use.

Good info though. Thanks for sharing, I will be mindful of fonts in the future
 
I've tried the app many times but have deleted it every time. I'm used to the layout of the forums via computer, so the "responsive" style is annoying and confusing. And there's just something about it I don't like.. I rather zoom in and out with my phone browser. :D
