Tapered Contact Wheel

I got this 2" Ameribrade wheel a couple months ago but just put it on my grinder yesterday. Turned the grinder on and the belt was tracking so far to the left I couldnt get it even close to running without belt hitting grinder. I took it off and turned it around and could at least turn tracking enough for it to run. I ground one blade with it before pictures then checked it and its tapered .040.
I had heard good things about Ameribrade wheels ( got a brand new 10" wheel too but havnt tried that one yet) but not happy with this one. Just thought I'd share.

I don’t know if it’s the yelp mentality or what. If I got a bad burger at a restaurant I’d talk to the restaurant not go right to Yelp.
Ameribrade has arguably the best customer service out there why not reach out to them first?
