Here's a little utility/hunter. Nothin' fancy, just a working knife. Here are the specs: 1095, tapered tang, cocobolo scales. Thanks for looking...comments/critique welcome.

Sweet knife - looks like a real slicer. Love the swedge work. Clean and simple!

There's a lot to be said for simplicity. Very nice, very functional.
Cocobolo is one of my favorite handle woods.:thumbup:

Nice, simple, practical, Ben. I think for a smaller knife like that, though, a bigger butt would help during use.

Several nice touches for a 'simple' knife, for sure. Raised clip, swedged, tapered tang. Ben makes them right. I think just a little drop in the tail end would have helped. Hard knife to get picky on. Make me one with and one without. :D

I like how you think Joe.

Good job Ben.

Thanks, y'all. Joe, it's a hard call on the handle. I'd have to see how it would affect an edge up grip...maybe I can try it both ways and bring 'em to Little Rock;) Thanks for the input, though. I'd rather have someone say what they really think than get a slap on the back and not know...discussion is good:thumbup:
