Tapping clip screws? Size and thread?

I'm a lefty, and was looking to get a tap to move a clip over on a couple of my blades, as well as accommodate a couple of certain clips I prefer over others.

Does anyone have information on what size and thread the clip screws are?

I think they are different screws for US made and overseas. Its something weird like T56 or something like that, I can't remember, but I would like to know also.

2/56 tap and a #50 wire size bit.
That is the size of almost all US made Kershaws and ZTs.
