Target Backstop

HI, I just started throwing knives and have a question about a target. I have a piece of tree trunk appox. 4" thick and around 2' in dia. for a target. I want to mount it on a piece of 1/2" plywood that I used for a backstop for my archery target. Does anyone see a potential problem in doing this?

Seems good to me. Just watch, plywood can get holes in it. As long as you don't use it as your main target, it should be a great back stop.

Yup. Just have to watch for too much damage to the plywood. Other than that you should be golden.
