$147 + 16 (sheath) + 7 (S&H) = $170 from Shomer-Tech (p. 73).
I just ordered one last Friday after calling and confirming that they still had 'about 1/2 a dozen left'.

I'm surprised that they still have any left. When I purchased mine from them several months back, I think that they said that they only had about a dozen left. If any of you guys or gals want one, jump on them fast. I think that this is the last of them.
