I am used to throwing into cross sections of pine logs. What do you use for targets?

I used to use dead standing poplar trees, but I moved and now I use some poplar log sections stacked up. I've thrown at cardboard targets but they don't stand up to good to the big knives.

I built a target made out of 4 by 4s that I purchased at HOME DEPOT. It cost me less that $60. It stands 5 1/2 ft tall and is 4 ft by 4 ft in the target area that is about 1 1/2 off the ground.
I screwed it together with deck screws so I can turn the 4 bys and freshen up the face. So far I am on my third year with it. I do not throw as much as I used to. It is VERY heavy and hard to move unless I unscrew it and take it apart. That it just takes about an hour to take down and put back up. I haven't moved it much.
I would be happy to post more info on the design if any one is interested.
