Ok folks, I am sorry if I hurt your feelings with the Get out the tar and feathers thread. I thought it would just be a fun little thread to grumble about GEC but little did I know that it would cause all the panties around to spontaneously bunch all at once. I did not forsee that my actions would cause that much wailing and gnashing of teeth, so thats my bad I guess. No more shall I slaughter your sacred cows.
I didnt mean any harm, I love hanging out on the Porch with you all, and I was laughing and just kidding around with you all right up to the end. I forget sometimes that the internet sucks all nuance out of every post and no one can tell if you're just joking around or being a douche. I was going to post this in the last thread but it got closed, so here. I hereby apologize to all offended parties, I seriously did not think that people would get so upset over a little GEC criticism and the cracking of some jokes, but life is too short to take everything seriously or so I thought.
So, no need to respond here. We don't want to repeat that last thread which shall not be named. I am assigning it to the dustbin of history and I promise to undergo standardized sensitivity training to prevent future incidents.
Have no fear, your GEC's will hereby be safe from my cruel slings and arrows. Their collector value is still intact, they could not even hear my joking from inside their tubes. It's all good. Let's return to your regularly scheduled programming, I promise not to rock the boat anymore. 
To clarify: This post contains a humorous tone. I guess it doesnt help to put the trigger warning at the end, my bad. But seriously, I am just messing around, and I really did not try to hurt anyone's feelings.
