This is the first Taurus 12.

Forged from O1.
Handle of black micarta.
Bladelength 11,8 cm.
Total length 24,8 cm.
This one has a straight edge instead of the recurve on the Taurus 16.

Hope you like it!

That is a gorgeous knife that looks like it would be very ergonomic. It looks like you could perform surgery with the way the handle seems to control the blade.

Outstanding.

Very nice, Erik. Did you specifically design that knife to be "street legal" in Germany under the 12cm rule for fixed blade carry? For those that are unaware, when Germany passed new knife laws a couple of years back outlawing the carry of folders that could both be opened with one hand AND lock open (stlll legal if they only do one or the other), the hunters of Germany , who apparently still carry a fair bit of prestige and political clout in the more conservative areas like Bavaria, got an exemption added that allows folks to carry fixed blade knives that have blades under 12cm long or about 4.8 inches. So the government in Berlin, in it's infinite wisdom, outlawed the carrying of some little tiny folders but permitted that carrying of boot knives and burly looking integrals like this one.:D
