I was pleasantly surprised at how lively this blade feels. I like it A LOT. :D

3/16." I've haven't mic'ed it but I feel pretty certain about it. The bump feels much like the old rats with the slimmer grip = Dog Skinner, Desert Jack, SAR-Rat. I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. I sorta wish I had bought two. Now I need to find a kydex bender to make this one go into the rotation.

3/16 wow, sweet, looking forward to getting mine. FYI Rainwalker has one if you are looking for a kydex guy you dont have to ship too  I am also guessing it will fit nicely in the large spec ops sheath

dunno, nobody has officially come out and said anything about it other than Jerry introducing it. It would be nice to see Eric add some specs and info on it.

Absolutely disgusting. Take that Mondo Burger Donkey Kong thing next to the old school/cool RW down right now. What in the world is this place coming to? :(

:) Only a mother could love that thing!

Good pics, thanks.

I thought I saw posted somewhere else that it was the same thickness as a Chopweiler?

From the profile, it's pretty clear that is based on a CW blade blank that has been cut down. That alone would help make it faster in hand, especially with the amount of metal removed from the blade by the scoop in the spine. Thinner stock would make it whole 'nuther animal. My guess was that this design is one that SR has made for some mil units, an all purpose combat utility knife.

Good catch! The feel is as different as a M6 and a SJTAC but the BIBB is still one of the closer contenders.

I had a BIBB... see some associated size reference pics.

I will say this... the TR feels much better to me than the BIBB did.
