Life doesn't get any better than the simple things. The knife looks great also.

Nice photos! Thanks for sharing. The Taz Rat looks good nekid! Might have to try that myself.

bill the rattlers should be coming out now...careful. as a carpet cleaner i have some knowledge about dyeing, stripping, & dye sets. the most effective strippers for about any knife finish will contain methylene chloride. be careful & use in open air, a tiny speck will burn skin. dissolves vinyl tile in 5 min.---dennis

Does Zeus do okayin the heat, being a thick coated dog like that? My lab doesn't do well in heat believe it or not (but if it's snowing you have to almost drag her back inside)

I'm careful with the Stripper--gloves ,etc

as far as Zeus--it was 77 and a strong wind too

He is fine until we get above 90--then I leave him home

Thanks for asking

Great pics as usual Bill.
The Taz looks like a great all around blade.
Glad you guys had fun and thanks for sharing.

I tested it fully and it Chops a LOT better than it should and it really is a much better all around blade than I expected it to be

Beautiful day. Beautiful dog. Beautiful wife. Beautiful knife. What more could you want?

I didnt realise that Taz Rat was so big. The thing I want to do to it is round off that pointy skullcracker pommel, it bothers me...

Thanks for all the kind words

The Taz Rat is lighter than it looks-fast in hand too

Carol actually likes knives--has a whole box of them that are hers alone
