spoke to her earlier today, what a cool girl!! i had some questions about the sas program, and we chatted for a little while.

this is my first contact with spyderco customer service, and i am very happy to have spoken with her.

i dont like to make this comparison, but she reminded me of amy-0 at busse combat. they must be swamped, especially with the holidays, but she was more than pleasant and was in no hurry to get off the phone.

I've got to agree with you about Kristi. Super smart,knows knives and her job, very professional, and good with us people. She seems to be everywhere sometimes. :) The best thing is that she is about as good a person as you will find.

I'd even trust her with my mastiff, "Finn". That's saying a lot too.
 
So far, every person I have talked to at the SFO has been great, be it in person or over the phone.

She's also on an amazing number of forums, from knives to Tactical Gun forums.
She's the "pretty face" of Spyderco to much of the world ~;-)
 
Taz is the reason we have forum participation. And I might add that she moderates quite a few.

Of course that's in addition to her nomal responsiilites of handling Military accounts, military and law enforecement shows, our website and her regular customers. One of Spyderco's secret powers.
