Just got the TDI Belt Clip in the mail. I'm trying to put it on my BK-11. What are the o-rings for?

Any help with how the fasteners should be used would be appreciated.

you put the o rings between the sheath and the clip itself and screw the screws though them. If that makes sense

I found one at Lowes. It is a kobalt torx set. It was like $5.95 for the wrench and 4 double ended bits. The Bit you will want is a T6. As with just about all torx bits.. be VERY careful not to strip the bit. The T6 is very small so be careful. Push down real hard when you tighten the screws (it doesnt take a lot of tightening to make it secure)

No worries, I never strip out or round off anything. :-)

Thanks for the info. Lowes is exactly where I was heading since we don't really have a hardware store within a reasonable drive.

+1 on the Kobalt set. I have one as well and it is perfect for folding knife maintenance, too.

Sweet shearwater! I agree with you ejes.. Ive used that same tool for tightening pocket clips and what not on a lot of my folders.

If you notice there is enough room between the belt clip and the body of the clip made by the thickness of the rings, that allow a thin belt to be slid in and hold the clip in a horizontal position. I hope that's what they had in mind, but I was just as confused as you when I rec'd mine months ago. - bill h

After reading this thread, I ordered a couple of these clips for my Becker Neckers. When I received them I noticed one of the bushings was defective. I used the Ka-Bar web site to let them know and three days later I got replacements. What great customer service.
