As you may or may not know, i added to my CONDOR collection a month or so ago. Bringing my new stable up to 5 (Boomslang, Woodworkers axe, Pack Golock, Locknessmuk & a Nessmuk). I absolutely LOVE all my Condors. GREAT "bang-for-the-buck" line of tools. Not being one to leave things alone, this is what happened. I bought a new tool from the China Tool Store. A 6" disc/4"x36" belt sander. I have a 1"x30" belt sander as well but i can't put as much pressure on it as i would like, to reprofile a blade. This new one works AWESOME !!! So i reprofiled the edge of the Pack Golock & the Lochnessmuk --- A LOT !

Sorry, i am not a good pic taker but you get the idea. I use the heck outta my blades, so i wanted to be sure the edges were still plenty strong. So i batoned the crap outta them both & ended up getting them both stuck in the same piece of wood. Into a knot. (My wood is free but VERY knotty) I had to use a wedge to finally get them out. No damage to either edge. They now bite MUCH deeper than they did before. They seem to like the new profile & edge i put on them !!!

So, anyway, I can't say enough about the old "right tool for the job" saying. I did them both in like 10 min or less. Loving my new sander. Item # 97181
