I just bot this TGBG and i was wondering if it has the light brigade treatment. The balance is excellent and somewhat more blade heavy than i expected.

Pretty awesome mirror polished edge though right? i couldn't pass on this one and it feels great in the hand. I will have my eye out for a TGLB because the LB treatment is something i need to experience first hand

No LB treatment on the BGTG's.

The grinds are different as well, the LB's had a Shallow Hollow Grind and the BGTG's have a Flat Saber Grind.

Honestly speaking I have found that I like the Heavy Brigade feel over the light brigade. Now I have not had to carry for miles on end yet so that might change after a few miles lol.

I really like it, the mirror polished edge is great. I just left you good feedback on ebay. Did you use wicked edge or edgepro to sharpen it? and how long does it take to get that sweet of an edge on SR101?
